Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues over the phone/email/chat and in person (desktop) in order to minimize end user downtime and increase productivity, while providing world class customer experience.
Requirements
  • 2 Years Corporate Desktop Experience
  • MUST have experience directly assisting end-users (hands on)
  • MUST be able to provide friendly customer service in a stressful environment
  • Experience required using a Ticketing system (Remedy or equivalent)
  • Office 2007
  • Remote Access Tools (Go To Assist or equivalent)
